We are small growing team of concerned residents working towards maintaining the best living environment in our neighborhood. The goal of this organization is to address safety and social issues in our immediate environment. Long term goals include better networking and communications with our public service systems, town and village officials in an attempt to make our place a premium neighborhood in which all residents feel secure and serviced.

 

 

The purpose of the HomeOwners Association of Pompey Pines / Arbutus Park:

• To maintain and develop the community of our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods.
• To maintain a working relationship with the Town of Pompey and the Town of Manlius especially with regards to understanding and communicating our needs in terms of emergency services and the town and government obligations.
• To maintain a social network that will foster a friendly environment among all residents.
• To welcome newcomers in Pompey Pines and Arbutus Park and offer helpful information.
• To maintain means of communication among all members of the association and the neighborhood at large.
• To maintain the common areas/entrances of the Pompey Pines neighborhood.
