1. Crab Apple trees on upper entrance are infested with some form of tree disease. Spraying them will cost around $600 per year. Similar money can be used to purchase pine trees that are maintenance free.

 2. Solar lights on the entrances are not working right. There is a proposal to install electric powered flood lights on both entrances
