The website is a tool developed to communicate information, news, issues and any pertinent materials that pertain to our neighborhood.  The website is also a tool to share information about  goods and services provided by and for individuals who either reside in or by people for residents of this area.  Furthermore, the website will continue the affairs of the Home Owners Association in a paperless format.

The funding for the website initially came out of the Pompey Pines HOA, and hopefully will continue from funding received by the placement of ads by residents at the minimal cost of $15 per year for association members and $20 by non-members. Please see the Personal Ads page. By placing ads on the website, people will know that there is someone in the area who may provide a service or goods of value that they may need or require.  The Personal Ad page will also serve as a place to know more about our neighbors.  In the future we hope to have enough personal ads at which time the proceeds from these ads will provide the funding to maintain the website.

It is our hope and intention that this website will provide a real source of information about the area. It will be the sounding board for ideas, and the place to go to share information and receive information about Pompey Pines and for the time being Arbutus Park until such time as that division either has its own association or decides to combine with Pompey Pines HOA formally.
