POMPEY PINES COVENANTS

 

1)      Property is restricted to single family residential homes.  No commercial or agricultural use is permitted.

2)      Plans and specifications for the property must be approved by the Architectural Committee.  All improvements on the lot must be approved by the Architectural Committee.  This includes landscaping, fences, gates, additions, and restorations.

3)      Residents must have written approval of the Architectural Committee to cut down any tree larger than 4 inches in diameter which is more than 10 feet away from your house or in the driveway area.

4)      Residents may not store boats, trailers, camping vehicles, unregistered motor vehicles, farm equipment, or heavy trucks on their property.

5)      Residents may keep up to two domesticated household pets.  Animals must be kept in a fenced-in area or on a leash.  Residents may not keep livestock or poultry or raise animals for commercial purposes.

6)      Residents agree to complete lawns, blacktop driveways, and landscape their property as soon after the construction of their home as possible.

7)      The following are prohibited.

·        Above ground swimming pools (in ground pools are permitted if properly fenced and landscaped)

·        Satellite dishes or outside antennas.

·        Clotheslines or clothes poles.

These covenants shall be perpetual and be constructed to be covenants running with the land and with every part thereof and included thereon and on all property hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the owners of all or any part thereof, their heirs, successors assigns, legal representatives, and on all and future owners of said property shall be bound by these covenants.
